In response to the public health situation related to coronavirus (COVID-19), we are diligently monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and medical professionals to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure your health and safety are always at the forefront of how we serve you.<\/p>\n

Practicing Good Hygiene Etiquette<\/h2>\n

Our teams are taking preventative safety measures, including the following:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cleaning our hands with soap often, for at least 20 seconds.
\n\u2022 Using hand sanitizer when available.
\n\u2022 Keeping a safe distance (6 feet) from people who are sneezing\/coughing.
\n\u2022 Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.
\n\u2022 Staying home when sick.<\/p>\n

Keeping Our Customers Safe<\/h2>\n

\u2022 Before entering a customer\u2019s home or property, we will communicate that we\u2019re healthy and ask if our customer is as well.
\n\u2022 Instead of shaking hands with a customer, we may say hello by \u201celbow tapping\u201d.
\n\u2022 Upon request from the customer, we will wear a face mask upon entering the property.
\n\u2022 We will provide customers with information about protecting their health and safety.
\n\u2022 All customers may ask questions regarding the virus and we will answer according to the most recent company update and procedure.<\/p>\n

What Can You Do To Help?<\/h2>\n

\u2022 Let us know in advance of your appointment if you have any concerns or if you would like us to take special precautions.
\n\u2022 Inform us if anyone in the household has health issues, like the flu or a cold.
\n\u2022 Let us know if you would like us to limit the amount of information we leave behind, and we can make adjustments or email information instead.<\/p>\n
