We select and source plants for the light, soil and space they will actually grow in, and place them for their mature size so they are not crowded or hacked back in five years.
The most common reason a new plant dies is being planted too deep or too shallow. We set each plant at the correct depth with the root flare where it belongs.
Backfill is amended to give roots something to grow into, and beds are mulched and watered in so plants establish instead of sitting in a shock hole.
